Anne Hege Alm-Kristiansen holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from the University of Oslo, while Karin Elisabeth Waterhouse received her Ph.D. from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science. Therese Marvik Dahl has a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science from the University College of Sør-Trøndelag and is currently studying for Master of Science. Randi Therese Garmo received her Ph.D. in January 2010 from the Norwegian School of Veterinary Science.
The R&D department also includes dr. Jan Sunde and Inger Grevle and is headed by dr. Elisabeth Kommisrud.
